香港中文大學未來城市研究所製作了一份資訊包，讓各人認識馬鞍山鐵礦歷史，並邀請大家一起探討如何根據保護國際工業遺產的「都柏林準則」，全面保育及活化馬鞍山鐵礦與聚落的建築、人文歷史和精神，從而喚醒香港人對本地工業史的回憶和瞭解香港工業化與亞洲及世界發展的關係。
我們誠邀您填妥以下簡單公眾參與問卷，並參加我們的線上工作坊，表達對馬鞍山鐵礦場工業遺產保育的看法及建議。閣下所提供的資料僅作研究分析用途，本研究所將予以保密，並於研究完成後銷毀。

Institute of Future Cities, CUHK has prepared an information pack to help everyone revisit the history of the MOS Iron Mine and its settlements. Through the application of “The Dublin Principles”, we discuss ways to conserve the MOS landscape, comprising its architecture, relics, as well as the cultural heritage of the site, aiming to rekindle the memory of Hong Kongers towards the industrial urbanscapes and to strengthen their awareness of the relationship between industrialisation in Hong Kong and developments in Asia and the world.
