大學在鄰里:中文大學ICONIC媽媽廚房: 跨文化香港滋味

盛食當灶與香港中文大學多元文化行動計劃為公眾帶來跨文化飲食的體驗,請來印度裔和斯里蘭卡裔媽媽們分享家鄉的飲食文化及示範製作簡單的地道料理。並會介紹最新出版的雙語跨文化食譜:《ICONIC媽媽廚房:跨文化香港滋味》。參加者可獲贈食譜一本。

活動報名詳情: 

- 報名請按此填寫表格。 - 免費節目。名額30人,先到先得。成功報名之參加者將獲電郵確認。 - 每人只可報名一次,每位參加者需帶同一份新鮮剩食材料以作交換。

多元文化行動計劃 (MIA) 的目的是讓不同族群的香港人一起推動跨文化教育,並把研究所獲得的知識轉移為社會所用。請按此了解更多。

XCHANGE is partnering with the Multiculturalism in Action Project (MIA) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong to share intercultural cookery. Indian and Sri Lankan mums will share their food culture with the public by demonstrating simple yet iconic dishes. Besides, MIA will introduce the latest publication, a bilingual intercultural cookbook: “ICONIC Mums Kitchen: Tastes of Intercultural Hong Kong”. Participants will receive a copy of the cookbook! Registration details:

- To register, please fill out the form here. - Free programme. Quota: 30 persons. Limited capacity on a first come, first served basis. Successful registration will be confirmed by email. - Each person can only register one time. In exchange for the experience, we invite each participant to bring along a portion of surplus food from home.
